With an extensive background in commercial real estate, it was her family that encouraged Kim to become a residential real estate agent. They knew she had a heart for serving and it would be a perfect fit.

After years in Corporate America, she decided to make the jump. Kim made quite a splash her first year, winning the Rookie of The Year Award at Coldwell Banker. After 2015 alone, Kim was the number-one agent for individual sales volume, total listings, listings sold, and total sales volume at Keller Williams Realty Chattahoochee North.
While some agents focus on only buyers or sellers, Kim serves both buyers and sellers, and in many cases finds her sellers their next home. For Kim, the best award is the look on her client's faces when they buy or sell a home.

If Kim isn't spending time with a client, you can find her on the tennis court, cheering on the Georgia Tech yellow jackets, or taking her three babies (rescue dogs) on a walk around Peachtree Corners.

The processor of all contracts - from start to finish. She ensures all contracts are in compliance and completed and ready for closing.

Tracee has been in Real Estate in some form or function for over 15 years. Her number one priority is family; she has a daughter named Natalie, who is her sunshine. She also has a Shepoo Ollie. Tracee was born in Michigan but grew up in Florida. Since college, she has lived in New York, Georgia, Texas, and finally back home to Florida. Tracee loves Braves baseball and traveling, even if just a weekend trip. She is constantly daydreaming about her next destination. While she has been to Italy, Australia, Mexico, Honduras, and all around the U.S., her next goal is to visit Paris and London in the next 2 to 3 years.

Hannah Graham joined The KSA Team in 2022, where she proudly serves as Office Manager, working behind the scenes and learning from the best. She and her husband Blain fell in love with Peachtree Corners in 2017 while working at Wesleyan School. Back then, her focus was on photography and digital media.

Having experienced the exceptional service of The KSA Team firsthand when searching for their dream home for their pups, she was inspired to dive into real estate. Now, she is committed to helping others find their perfect homes, matching them with spaces that will be cherished for years to come. Her background in marketing and digital media provides a distinct advantage in marketing your home, ensuring it receives the attention it deserves in today's competitive real estate market. Being part of a top-producing team has given her invaluable opportunities to learn from the industry's best, refining her skills in successfully closing transactions and providing exceptional service to KSA clients.
